Shareholders Spoke at the National Business Institute's Seminar on "Bankruptcy Law and Procedure From Start to Finish"
Miami, Florida - March 27, 2007 - John H. Genovese and Allison R. Day, shareholders at Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A., whose thirty attorneys focus their practices on insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial litigation and white collar litigation, served as lecturers on "Bankruptcy Law and Procedure From Start to Finish" at the National Business Institute's seminar on March 26, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency, Miami. The program was designed to give a foundational understanding of the bankruptcy code and rules after the passage of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA) and the bankruptcy process from start to finish, with an effective blend of hypotheticals and case studies.
