MIAMI, FL - January 15, 2008 - Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. is pleased to announce that Derrick A. Dyer have joined the firm as an associate.
Derrick A. Dyer practices in the areas of bankruptcy litigation, complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency, directors and officers liability litigation. He represents trustees, receivers, corporations, individuals, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors and debtors-in-possession. Mr. Dyer received his Juris Doctor, in 1994, from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he was a member of the Iowa Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, in Psychology, from the University of California at Irvine in 1990.
