Darci E. Cohen

Darci E. Cohen practices in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law and franchise law. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked at a commercial litigation and maritime law firm and she also spent a summer as a fellow for the Child Advocacy Project representing children in the delinquency and dependency system. Prior to attending law school, as a marketing manager she helped oversee the national launch of an innovative holistic healthcare company.

Ms. Cohen is a member of the American Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association.

Ms. Cohen received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an Articles & Comments Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review, was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, and a fellow for the Professional Responsibility & Ethics Program (PREP). While in law school, she was a Quarter Finalist and Best Party Brief Winner at the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in New York. She also presented various CLE trainings at local law firms and bar associations on cutting edge ethical issues. Ms. Cohen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida.
