Jean-Pierre Bado

Jean-Pierre Bado concentrates his practice on domestic and international litigation, with a focus on securities, real estate, and complex commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, he spent eight years in financial services performing sales and operations functions in private banking, mergers & acquisitions, and retail banking.

He formerly held several securities licenses and was an instructor teaching other financial industry executives as part of a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification program at Barry University. He is a published author on the financial industry and its duties to investors.

Bado regularly represents individual investors in complex arbitration matters against brokerage firms before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Bado's experience includes representing numerous investors outside of the mainland of the United States. In addition, Bado is a United States Army veteran who served abroad as an infantry officer upon his graduation from West Point. He also served as a Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) financial counselor at the United States Southern Command in Doral, Florida.

Bado is a member of the Florida Bar. He earned his juris doctor from Florida International University College of Law and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami, specializing in finance and international business. Bado also interned for the Honorable Jacqueline Hogan-Scola in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
