Jessica Serell Erenbaum practices in the areas of commercial litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis on real estate and franchising. She has represented corporations, financial institutions and individuals in complex litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Ms. Erenbaum represents franchisors in litigation matters involving trademark protection, intellectual property rights, franchise terminations and other issues, as well as in the preparation of franchise disclosure documents. She also represents real estate developers in litigation and in the formation of condominium and other planned unit developments.
Ms. Erenbaum is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She earned her Juris Doctor with honors, in 1989 from the University of Florida, where she was an editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University in 1986.
