Patsy Zimmerman-Keenan is a litigator whose practice focuses on White Collar criminal defense. Ms. Zimmerman-Keenan has experience in state, federal, and administrative matters including Medicare fraud, mortgage fraud, mail, wire and bank fraud, tax matters, civil forfeitures, appellate review and post-conviction DNA testing.
Ms. Zimmerman-Keenan is a member of the White Collar Crime Section of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Ms. Zimmerman-Keenan is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. Districts Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2002. While in law school, she was a member of the Nova Law Review and a research assistant for Criminal Law Professor Steven Wisotsky. Ms. Zimmerman-Keenan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 and her Masters of Science in 1992, both from Florida Atlantic University.
