Raif El Arigie Harbie

Mr. Raif El Arigie Harbie concentrates his legal practice in labor, corporate, immigration and civil law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. El Arigie was an associate at Perez-Luna, Alvins, Paoli & Asociados and a partner at Despacho de Abogados Miembros Ruden McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, S.C, Caracas office. 

Mr. El Arigie has been a Law Professor at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, where he taught Contracts and Secured Transactions, and Obligations since 2001. He was also an external aide to the Justice in charge of Second Court on Administrative Matters. He is an active member of the Human Resources Committee of the Venezuelan and American Chamber of Commerce (VenAmCham). 

Mr. El Arigie is a member of the Venezuela Bar. He earned his LL.M in Mercantile Law from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2005 and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, 1999. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
