Laise V. Lowachee is the Manager of Media & Public Relations for Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A., where she handles the public relations, marketing and advertising for numerous high profile cases such as the Goldman Family and Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, P.A. Ms. Lowachee has more than 17 years of experience in media and public relations, crisis management, integrated marketing, website development and over-site, social media, media and presentation training, message coaching, development of position statements and talking points as well as community relations for both the consumer and the business-to-business sector. She also has extensive experience in event planning for both local and national public relations campaigns including trade shows, corporate events, fundraisers, new product introduction and program rollout.
Ms. Lowachee knowledge also includes copy-writing relating to a wide range of collateral materials including brochures, newsletters, biographies, press releases, website content and direct mail. Additionally, she specializes in developing communication strategies for companies seeking business plan development and advice on competitive strategic media exposure in the marketplace. She is also a planner for corporate events including parties, company picnics and international hosting.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lowachee was a supervisor at Wragg & Casas Public Relations, Inc., one of Florida's largest independent public relations firm. Her extensive knowledge of client management, media relations, government strategy and cross-selling services assisted in positioning clients with branding their product to enhance prominence in the marketplace.
Ms. Lowachee serves on the Board of Directors for AMIKids Miami-Dade, not-for-profit organization that provides alternative outlets for troubled youth and offers a promising future to more than eight thousand kids each year through positive and motivating programs that inspire learning, leadership and personal growth; as a committee member for Legal Services of Greater Miami, a non-profit that empowers their clients and alleviates the hardships of poverty through aggressive advocacy and innovative collaboration with community partners; Help, Inc., a non-profit organization providing legal aid to families in need; and For the Love of You, a non-profit organization that serves as a catalyst to educate our youth on the importance of self-actualization, character, self-sufficiency and goals. Additionally, she is on the Board of Directors for the Freedom Heart Foundation, a non-profit organization serving as a multi-functional support organization dedicated to providing counseling, assistance, support, and empowerment for those needing to break free from domestic and narcissistic abuse; and for abuse survivors.
Ms. Lowachee has gained recognition for her fundraising prowess. She is an active participant in a wide spectrum of community organizations, including the American Cancer Society and has helped organize and promote events such as the Relay for Life and The Youth March. She is a member of South Florida Black Journalist Association, Public Relations Society of America and has participated in the media training segment of The National Black Mayors Convention.
