FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Board of the International Franchise Association's Council of Supplier Forum Appoints Board Member MIAMI, FL — February 16, 2006 — Michael Joblove, a founding shareholder of Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. have been appointed to the advisory board of the International Franchise Association’s Council of Supplier Forum. The International Franchise Association is the country’s leading trade organization with respect to franchising. Mr. Joblove leads the Firm's franchise litigation practice, which focuses on protection of trademark and intellectual property rights, encroachment cases and employment discrimination issues. He has lectured before the American Bar Association and International Franchise Association on franchise law topics and published articles on franchise law and litigation issues for the National Law Journal, New York Law Journal, Franchise Times and the American Bar Association. Mr. Joblove was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida in the same year. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University in 1979.
