Mr. Maloof, one of the few non-homebuilder developers or environmentalists on the board, is a director of governmental affairs of Genovese, Joblove & Battista, a national engagement law firm specializing in complex bankruptcy, general litigation, securities, insurance and banking, employment, municipal representation and governmental relations. It is incumbent upon us to do the best job we can in planning and coordinating our growth, so that the result is a vital balance which allows our families to live, work and play in a harmonic, sustainable and healthy community. People will walk and meander to shops, take trains or buses to attractions, and eventually only use cars for long trips. Growth is good, but managed growth is best for the long term success of generations to come well into the future, said Maloof.” ### Distributed By: |
