MIAMI, FL - July 26, 2007 - Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. is pleased to announce that Robert F. Elgidely has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Elgidely was a private practitioner in Fort Lauderdale.

Mr. Elgidely practices in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy including admiralty, aviation, collections, entertainment litigation, ERISA litigation, real estate foreclosure, sports litigation and tax litigation. He received his LL.M. in Taxation in 1997 from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctorate, in 1996 from Nova Southeastern University. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts from Siena College in 1993. Additionally, he also served as a Medic in the United States Army Reserve from 1988-1996.
