Hayes and Brigette McGrath have joined the firm as associates. Monique D. Hayes practices in the area of bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hayes served as law clerk to the U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Laurel Myerson Isicoff and was a staff attorney at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., where she practiced in the area of consumer housing litigation representing low income clients in landlord/tenant disputes and consumer bankruptcy proceedings. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida. Brigette McGrath practices in the area of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. She also has experience in trust and estates and corporate transactional law. Ms. McGrath is a member of the Florida Bar. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. While in law school, Ms. McGrath was selected for a mediation fellowship where she was acted as a counselor to juvenile offenders. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
