MIAMI, FL - March 29, 2007 - Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. is pleased to announce that Jorge L. Martinez have joined the firm as an associate.

Jorge L. Martinez practices in the area of general commercial litigation, including franchise litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Martinez was the managing attorney for the Miami office of Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, where, among other responsibilities, he was responsible for prosecuting claims against local and national commercial car rental and vehicle leasing companies. He also has experience in construction litigation and personal injury defense.He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law in 2004 and earned his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Florida International University, where he majored in Mass Communications.
