Miami, FL – January 12, 2009 - Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. is pleased to announce that Glenn D. Moses have been named a shareholder of the firm.

Mr. Moses has been with the firm for 10 years and concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial bankruptcy, business reorganization, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. He represents chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, trustees, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, equity interest holders, debtor-in-possession lenders and purchasers of businesses and assets from bankruptcy estates.  Mr. Moses has substantial experience in litigating a wide variety of bankruptcy related claims at both the trial and appellate levels and in the representation of franchisors in numerous franchisee bankruptcies throughout the country.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law in 1992, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts in 1989.
