FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Shareholder Received the 2007 "Put Something Back" Pro Bono "Bankruptcy" Award MIAMI, FL - May 17, 2007 - Allison R. Day, shareholder at Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A., received the 2007 "Put Something Back" Pro Bono "Bankruptcy "Award. Ms. Day earned this honor for her outstanding participation in the "Put Something Back", a program that provides pro bono, or free legal assistance to the needy population of Miami-Dade County. It is designed to increase access to the civil legal system by serving as an umbrella agency for referral to all other legal service providers and as a clearinghouse for attorneys who volunteer to help the indigent of the community. The award was presented at the Dade County Bar Association Awards Luncheon, held on May 16, 2007, at the Hyatt Regency, Downtown Miami. Allison R. Day specializes in all areas of bankruptcy, business reorganization, and creditors' rights. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 1984 from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and History from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1981.
