Gregory Garno practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, banking litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. He represents major financial institutions, corporations, fiduciaries, individuals, and governmental agencies in significant complex litigation in both State and Federal Courts, in both jury and non-jury matters and arbitrations. Mr. Garno is a 1996, cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law where he was a member of the Business Law Journal and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1993. Chad K. Lang practices in the area of labor and employment law and as a commercial litigator. Mr. Lang has defended companies in the areas of sexual harassment, wage/hour, non-compete agreements, whistleblower, ERISA, disability, age, gender, religion, etc., at the administrative, state, and federal levels. He is also a consultant on various employment-related issues.
