At GJB, our receivership practice group comprises a team of talented attorneys handling matters of any size or complexity. Federal and state courts regularly appoint our professionals to serve as receiver, upon request by the Securities Exchange Commission and the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") and other interested parties. We additionally represent financial institutions, secured and unsecured individual creditors, business debtors in financial reorganizations, lenders, owners, claimants and other interested parties in all types of receivership proceedings.

GJB representations include the Federal Court receiver in one of the largest bank frauds in Florida and receivers in both banking and insurance receiverships in state courts throughout Florida. We have also successfully represented receivers in recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars stolen as part of ponzi schemes, as well as in cases brought by the FTC to recover funds for defrauded consumers.
