Mark S. Feluren practices in the area of corporate law and business transactions. For more than 25 years, Mr. Feluren has focused his practice on commercial transactions and entity structure and governance. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Feluren was a founding shareholder of Waldman Feluren Hildebrandt & Trigoboff, P.A., where his practice included mergers and acquisitions of public corporations, private companies and joint ventures/partnerships, commercial leasing matters, consideration of issues related to regulatory reporting requirements, the preparation of agreements and the documentation of complex transactions, employment matters, director and officer indemnification and liability issues, and financial disputes. His prior representations include national and regional underwriters and investment bankers, and acting as general and special counsel to corporate and other entities and their principals.

Mr. Feluren is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of The Florida Bar Business Law Section and the American Bar Association Business Law Section. Additionally, he is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. He has been named one of the Best of the Bar by the South Florida Business Journal, as a Top Lawyer by the South Florida Legal Guide and as one of the "Florida Legal Elite" by Florida Trend magazine.

Mr. Feluren is a member of The Florida Bar and also licensed to practice in New York and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, including trial bar. Mr. Feluren received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Siena College, magna cum laude. He is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Epsilon Sigma, Pi Gamma Mu and Phi Alpha Delta.
