Attorney Michel D. Joblove Elected To The Governing Committee Of The ABA’S Forum On Franchising
MIAMI – November 3, 2009 – Attorney Michael D. Joblove of Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A law firm, was elected to the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising at the Forum’s annual meeting in Toronto last month. The Forum provides high quality educational programs and publications on franchise law to members of the ABA.
Michael D. Joblove leads Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. commercial litigation practice, which focuses on franchise, real estate, employment and securities litigation. The firm has offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. He has lectured before the American Bar Association and International Franchise Association on franchise law topics, and is on the advisory board of the International Franchise Association Supplier Forum. In addition, he has published articles on franchise law and litigation issues for the National Law Journal, New York Law Journal, Franchise Times and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Joblove was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida in the same year. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University in 1979.
