MIAMI, FL – November 15, 2009 – Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. is pleased to announce that Chase Berger have joined the firm as an associate.
Chase Berger concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Berger was a judicial clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Office of the United States Attorney (SDFL), where he worked in the White Collar and Economic Fraud unit under supervision of Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jeffrey Kay and Laurence Bardfeld. Prior to law school, he also worked at Perry Ellis International as the Supervisor of Logistics.
Mr. Berger is a member of the Florida Bar and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from the Nova Southeastern University and earned his bachelor of science in Finance and Marketing from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2005.
