Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. Announces Expansion With Two New Hires
Miami, FL (August 27, 2019) – Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. is pleased to announce that Angelo M. Castaldi and Irina R. Sadovnic have joined the firm as associates in the Miami office.
Angelo M. Castaldi practices in the areas of complex commercial bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and all aspects of commercial litigation. He is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He received his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2015 and earned his bachelor of arts in political science, summa cum laude, from Villanova University in 2012.
Irina R. Sadovnic practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, Sadovnic served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Darrin P. Gayles in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Additionally, she was a staff attorney at Podhurst Orseck, P.A., where she gained experience in complex commercial litigation, aviation, and class action litigation. Sadovnic is a recipient of the 2017 CABA Pro Bono Público Award for her successful representation of unaccompanied immigrant minors in family and immigration court proceedings. She is also nominated for the 2020 Florida Bar Pro Bono Service Award. In 2016, Sadovnic received her juris doctor from the George Washington University Law School, and in 2012, she earned her bachelor of arts, magna cum laude, in political science from St. Thomas University.
