Leading Franchise Attorney Joins Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A.
MIAMI – October, 06 2021 – Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A., a Florida-based, multi-practice law firm representing clients in regional, national, and international matters, today announced that it is expanding its franchise practice group with the addition of Morgan H. Geller as Of Counsel.
Geller’s experience includes advising franchisors on disclosure and sales compliance issues, preparing franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements, and structuring the franchise relationship. She also represents franchisees, area developers, and other multi-unit owners in evaluating and negotiating operative contracts.

Geller will handle a wide variety of general business transactions, including purchases and sales, licensing and branding, and vendor and supply agreements. In addition, she serves as outside legal counsel for numerous companies in the food and beverage, health and fitness, hospitality, and retail industries. She has represented clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings throughout the U.S.
She also serves on the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors and is a board member of the Miami Arts & Business Council. Geller is also an active member of the ABA Forum on Franchising, the Dade County Bar Association, and Business Network International’s (BNI) Miami Beach Chapter.
She received her juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University, magna cum laude, and earned her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida.
