Jeremy S. Rosner

Jeremy S. Rosner practices in the areas of complex commercial and insolvency litigation. 

 Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Luck of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Additionally, he was a staff attorney for then Justice Robert J. Luck at the Supreme Court of Florida.  He was also a judicial intern to Judge Francisco Besosa of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

 Jeremy is an active member and mentor at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the Florida Association of Woman Lawyers, the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. 

 Jeremy received his juris doctor, cum laude, from Emory University School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he was the recipient of the Morton Aronson Franchise Law Award and the Emory Order of Advocates. Additionally, he was a member of the Emory Moot Court Society Constitutional Law Team. Additionally, Jeremy was the teaching assistant to Professor Timothy Terrell, where he guided a section of students on effective ways and techniques to become a better legal writer.

He earned his bachelor of arts in business management, magna cum laude, from University of Florida in 2016.
