Carlos E. Alvarez focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. Carlos is experienced in the management of diverse state and federal commercial disputes, contractual matters, administrative law, and treaty enforcement issues.
Carlos is a member of the Miami International Arbitration Society, Dade County Bar Association, and Cannabis Law Accounting and Business Association.
Carlos is a member of The Florida Bar. He earned his juris doctor, cum laude, and LL.M. in international arbitration from the University of Miami. During his time in law school, Carlos was editor-in-chief of the International and Comparative Law Review and vice president of the Hispanic Law Student Association.
Carlos received his bachelor of arts in philosophy and French, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University in 2014. He is fluent in French and Spanish.
