Angelo M. Castaldi practices in the areas of complex commercial bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and all aspects of commercial litigation.
Angelo has been recognized as a 2019 "Rising Star" and top-rated bankruptcy attorney in Miami by Florida Super Lawyers. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Broward County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section.
He received his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2015, where he served as senior research editor for the Florida Law Review. He also received Book Awards in the following courses: Legal Research; Interviewing, Counseling, and Negotiation; Evidence; Legal Drafting; Professional Responsibility; Comparative Constitutional History; and First Amendment Law. Angelo earned his bachelor of arts in political science, summa cum laude, from Villanova University in 2012.
Angelo is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
