Angelo has been recognized as a "Rising Star" and top-rated bankruptcy attorney in Miami by Florida Super Lawyers. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Broward County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section.
He has authored "Nonconsensual Third-Party Releases: Using the Bankruptcy Process to Eliminate Claims of Non-Debtors; for the American Bar Association (March 2020) and "Losing Your Lease: Ninth Circuit Permits Stripping Leasehold Interests Under § 363(f);" for the American Bankruptcy Institute (September 2017).
At the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Angelo served as senior research editor for the Florida Law Review, earned seven Book Awards, and graduated, magna cum laude, 2015. He earned his bachelor of arts in political science, summa cum laude, from Villanova University in 2012.
Angelo is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
