The legal practice of Mr. Erick Boscan Arrieta is mainly focused on Litigation, Labor, Taxation, Administrative and Constitutional Law matters. He was an assistant attorney at the Political-Administrative Court of the Supreme Court of Justice; independent court rapporteur for the First Contentious-Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court of Justice; he was also an associate attorney at the international law firm Ruden McClosky and law firm Bolinaga Levy Márquez & Canova, as well as founding partner of the firm Consultores Profesionales Asociados, S.C. He is an Arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Caracas.
Mr. Erick Boscan Arrieta has been professor in several subjects of Public and Tax Law at various Universities in Venezuela.
Mr. Erick Boscán Arrieta is a member of the Bar Association of the Federal District and Miranda State of Venezuela. He majored in Financial Law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello; he majored in Civil Procedure Law at Universidad Central de Venezuela and graduated from Law School at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1999. He is fluent in Spanish and has an intermediate level in English.
