Glenn D. Moses specializes in complex commercial bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and insolvency matters including related litigation. He represents Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, official committees of unsecured creditors, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees, liquidating trusts, DIP lenders, secured creditors, commercial landlords, equity interest holders, strategic investors, and purchasers of assets from bankruptcy estates. Glenn has substantial experience in litigating a wide variety of bankruptcy related claims at both the trial and appellate levels, including avoidance litigation, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and professional negligence claims. He also has significant experience and expertise in representing franchisors in numerous franchisee bankruptcies throughout the country.

Glenn is consistently listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganization and creditors' rights. He holds an "AV Preeminent" peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for ethics and legal ability. Glenn is routinely named a "Super Lawyer" by Florida Super Lawyer, a "Top Lawyer" by South Florida Legal Guide, and one of Florida's "Legal Elite" by Florida Trend. In 2016, Glenn was awarded "Top Dealmaker of the Year" by the Daily Business Review for his work in the bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation involving the Fashion Mall in Plantation, Florida.

Glenn has lectured on variety of bankruptcy-related topics for the American Bar Association and International Franchise Association. In addition, Glenn has written extensively for the ABA's Forum on Franchising, including on the issues of mergers and acquisitions of franchise companies, and the assumption and assignment of franchise agreements in bankruptcy proceedings.

Glenn is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Third Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He earned his juris doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1992, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy. He received his bachelor of arts in psychology, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts in 1989, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
