Zachary Malnik specializes in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Zach has experience in representing debtors, creditors, trustees and other interested parties in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases, and related adversary proceedings involving fraudulent transfer and preference actions, together with contested matters involving objections to exemptions and claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Zach worked at the Office of the United States Trustee as an extern in the Tampa office.
Zach is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. He received his juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2018, where he served as Executive Student Works Editor of the Florida Journal of International Law and received a certificate in recognition of his pro-bono service upon graduation.
Zach earned his bachelor of arts degree in history from Boston College in 2015.
